Pinging Xrumer/ScrapeBox Blasts, Possible ban?

Hi!
I have blasted my links recently with Xrumer and Scrapebox.
Do any of you know with which service should I ping the links?
I own BMD with over 50 pinging sites and Scrapebox.
but I'm pretty sure that if I would try to ping too many links the service will deny my access.
the blast contained about 6K links..
