Pinging profile links

So i'm going to be doing some blog commenting, forum creation, and profile creation also.....was told to ping my backlinks...

what should i use...i've used pingler to ping stuff but it takes a while...good for individual sites but for the amount of backlinks i need to create it will take too long...anything that is fast and gets the job done?
