Picture Rating Script?

Hello,
I would like to design a site, not unlike realpics.net, or hotornot.com, where I upload pictures of whatever it may be, and people vote on them 1-10. What is the best script for doing this? Obviously the script should rank the pics, display top 10s and hopefully automicatically display top 10s and stuff like that. Some other features that would be cool are if users can also upload pictures, comments, etc. Anything additonal is even better

I dont know the name of the script but check out the members downloads area of this forum, there is a few great scripts like these
