Picking up the threads

Um, as a newbie here I'm having some difficulty navigating this site. The main puzzle right now is how to get back to threads I posted in, to see how the conversations are going etc. I tend to forget the exact url, and the search facility is..., well I'm sure I don't need to tell you. So, is there any easy way of finding/viewing threats you've previously posted to?

I usually just search my name

simple Just Click on USerCp on the Toolbar..
it is the Second option in the toolbar
