phpBB - converting keywords to links?

Is there a tool available which can be run on a phpBB forum, which scans through all the posts and converts keywords into links of my choice?

I've looked through Google, but haven't have much luck finding anything...

If you know a bit of php or can find someone who knows php (elance, rent a coder..), I believe there is a routine called makeclickable, which turns http:'s into <a href... hack into it and add your own links. Of course a full fledged system would need a lookup file that you can modify. etc. ...

I will go ask at phpBB.

Go to ACP -> Posting -> Word Censoring and click Add new word.

The word is the word you want to replace. The replacement is the link code.
