php simple script no middleman pls

Hi,

looking for programmer for relatively simple php script.
Previously gotten a programmer but wasted time and nothing produced, so only genuine programmer pls.

In general, its a code generator that deals with popup(optin type- not popup window), iframe, delay.

Only PM me if you know the above. More details will be given.
May have more work or chance to JV in future.
