[PHP Help] Code Not Showing Up

So i have a question for you coders? So i had a landing page built, the landing page contains a referral script. the individual that made it was installing it, but when we saved it and visited the page, none of the code shows up. When you go to "view source code" you can only see the code for the landing page, nothing else. But when you go to code editor it shows the complete code. Has anyone had this problem or can you think of what the deal is? I'm using GoDaddy, im not sure if that makes a difference? but he said it was working fine on his server.

PHP code runs server side. You will never see any of it when viewing the pages' source code via the browser.

Indeed..
But the important thing here is that you can check the error_logs inside the same folder where you have the PHP.
If you dont have them activated ask your hosting provider for support on how to activate them.
