It seems that every theme I upload to my wordpress installations gets a fatal error on the home page.

I am using hostgator for hosting, and wordpress version 2.7.1

The theme I am getting the error with now is "revolution sports"

    I get

Fatal error: Call to undefined function the_content_limit() in /home/greensbo/public_html/wp-content/themes/revolution-sports/home.php on line 14

And if I modify the code to remove that function from that line, it shows the same error on another line on a different area of the home page.

Any idea whats going on guys?

check your plugins see if (limit content or content limit) plugin is enabled. if you have not uploaded this plugin then check revolution folder for the plugin, this should fix your problem.

Otherwise, to get it shortly, just download the plugin called 'Limit post' and activate it, you'll get it all fixed :)
