Photoshop cs3 vs cs4

    Is photoshop cs3 better then cs4? I hear a lot of people talk about cs3 then cs4.

    depends what type of machine your running it on - if its a high spec and good graphics CS4 is better, the zoom feature rocks...

    other than that i dont really see any difference :)

    CS3 is definitly muuuuch better.
    i have a really fast workstation and i can tell you: CS4 is f$%┬žing slow and the new interface sucks balls... stay with 3 like millions of users are doing. i also moved back to cs3 until adobe releases a BIIIIG update that corrects all the crap in cs4

    I couldn't get either of them to install on my XP machine.
    Cleaned out everything I could, using every tool available.
    Ad0bee install would kick off and then halt.
    They write great software and crap installers.
    If you have cs3 running I would stick with it, nothing worth the heartache in cs4

    sometimes 4 gets buggy but its kinda the same to me. just need a little getting used to and you'll be good.
