Phone numbers seem to be pretty valuable for a lot of things. Craigslist, Facebook, Gmail, ebay... this list is pretty long. People will run around trying to get them from people for all these verification purposes. However, if you were using one phone number for everything, a previously high price doesn't seem that high anymore.

My question is, which virtual phones, forwarding services, etc work for any kind of verification system. (I also heard some people buy At&T phones for about $10 a piece). Anyone know of a cost effective solution in bulk? SIM cards, tracfones...?

I would like to know this also.....
I have tried 2 different forwarding services, both of which are denied by the Automated Call Verification system

You say that, but you would probably have to be pretty dumb to avoid using phone #s for those services
