It's not about being a paid shill. It's basic human psychology. People are highly polarized in their views and most people will fight anyone who disagrees with their view. That's why you cannot change people's opinions with logic, ever. People choose a side, and that side is their identity.
So the mind believes that if they are proven wrong, it is ego-death basically. People will then fight to the death to defend their beliefs. This includes hammering anyone with opposing views and trying to convince them, because as long as that other person is alive with those beliefs, they are a threat to the ego-construct tied to this belief. That is why you are pasting outright disgusting sites.
And let me be clear. I have lost my temper, and it's because of the site you posted. I'm normally fairly neutral, but that site really disgusted me. It's full of people basically celebrating the deaths of "anti-vaxxers". It's sick. It make me want to vomit to be honest with you. To see people fall so far and get so manipulated that they start celebrating the death of their fellow man.
I undertand your rection to the site i didnt' even read the comments because i knew they wouldn't be pretty,i just looked at the faces ,ages and names of the people that could be here if they took the jab and that's all i took from the site, as i said i have people in my family that don't want to take it so i'm always on edge regarding that because they are 60+ year olds and it can be dangerous.
I was one of the last ones from my group of friends to take the vaccine as i was making the same questions as you guys are making and wondering the potential long term effects of the vaccine and we have some data to prove that the majority of dangerous effects documented are extremely rare... but if you get the virus the potential of developing serious problems is even greater, that's simple math... i don't go against reality, if the science proves me wrong that's life and i have to deal with it, for now science says its mostly safe.
If i want to take additional jabs? Probably not and it will be something to think about but right now i thought that getting the jab after getting something that i thought was covid back in 2020 because i never felt so sick in my entire life, i don't smoke, dont drink, do exercise and eat healthy so it was a bit of shock and i don't want to feel like that again i thought getting the vaccine would be a strong benefit for myself as having some defenses because of the new strains is a good idea.
