personal FB account banned

Huge risk IMO to use the same WiFI, just use antidetect browser and proxies to be safe. With the increased scrutiny from facebook/meta AI system you are taking a huge risk for no reason

Facebook tends to be more relaxed compared to Etsy regarding IP and device matches. In most cases, using your regular Wi-Fi and iPhone shouldn't be an issue, but there are no guarantees. Just use the account as you normally would, and try to avoid anything that may cause another policy violation.
 
You should comply with Facebook's policies and use a proxy to ensure the safety of your business.

It mostly depends on how dirty your IP or device fingerprint is from past flags, but honestly, if this is just your first re-registration, you should be completely fine. FB isn't quite as aggressive with instant device links as Etsy on the very first try, but just to be safe, don't rush to link everything all at once.
