I basically need a very good programmer who may be down on his luck for cash. I can offer monthly pay, but it would require you to be on skype almost all day. You need to be very expirienced at what you do. Be able to code a psd into magento, digicart, wordpress etc. Be able to fix sql errors, keep backups of sites, basically install anything we need for our sites. Code templates, and be quick at it.
