Just an idea that springed in my mind.

Is it a good idea? Anyone hired any PAs before? Looking for your thoughts

LOL that website is for SALE.

    Surprised.

But yeah, looking for someone averagely technical, not a virtual assistant, but an actual person.

Have you employed any one before? If so any experiences to share?

    Thanks.

I just hired my first personal assistant. I call her my project manager and I trained her to be me so I can be someone else for a while. I've been hiring freelancers for over a year now and this is the first time I've felt the need for one. I just upgraded one of my other workers that I already trusted for this position. Training was a little rough because you have to teach judgment/thinking processes that you develop over time.

Probably most people don't need one. I wanted one because I want to explore other projects and needed someone to manage all of my current projects. If you have a reason to have one, hire one. You should have a list of things that you need done and a system of training them how to do it. You also need trust which is not easy to come by.

I have one that works for me... comes to my place and works in an adjoining room... makes my life 48 times easier.

She happens to be my step-daughter and is a 25 year old college student so she is not only pretty smart but also has my best interests at heart.
