Hello, our company are in the process of buying some goods (mostly clothing) from overseas, but it just hits us today that we may get in legal troubles since we are buying in branded products. So we would like the gurus on BHW help us address these few issues:

- is it legal to sell branded products from popular brands such as Hugo boss, CK, etc. on our website at discounted price (lower than their MAPs)
- We saw some stocks with no release letter, what does it mean?
- Can these brands have the right to stop us selling their products on our website?
- What rights do we have when I bought these branded products from liquidation, closeout sales?
- so an agent in an asian country told and showed us branded products they are manufacturing, they are proved to be high quality and authentic, however, they are selling the stock lots at the price less than $10 per piece for a shirt that would cost around $70 to $100. is it legal to buy and import products from them? and should we buy from them?
