Don't send them all at once. Send 1 email for each file. Also, zip them up to cut down on the size. Also, find a new job where the boss already has access to what he needs to do his job.

Hi Xenia, I used to have the same problem with you but it was just that, it wasn't file for my boss
but it was a special clip of my girlfriend and I together. Luckily I happen to find this website called downloadsupload.com

So to make it short I upload my file and set the files to be only downloaded BY ME and when my girlfriend is ready to download the file I changed the setting of the file to : PUBLIC
So she can download it without being afraid of anyone can download it, not even the other members of that website.
It's fast and it's cheap ( only 1 USD)

It's very Simple even for noob.

It would help to know a bit more.

Are you forced to use the internet because you aren't in the same building/city/country? If not, burn it on a CD and deliver it.

If so, then the closest thing to real "privacy" that you'll probably find would be to zip and password protect the information, put it up on your own domain and use the telephone to call your boss with the URL.

Once he downloads, delete the file from the server.

It's not perfect, and not particularly elegant, but it's probably fairly safe from casual attack.
