I have a stock of vintage accounts. The accounts are 2008-2013 year of registration. Some of them are fully filled, some are not. Some have tweets and followers, some may not. Some of them are even email verified, but I dont have their emails in database. They all are well mixed, there is no possibility whatsoever to sort them by any parameter, - age etc. So you buy a mix.
