These guys have terrible service. Find a different supplier, I made the same mistake by putting a balance in these guys.

So Im guessing my $30 odd dollars balance is gone.
I dont want to say the wrong thing about this guy as he might have some personal issue going on ( benefit of the doubt ) but if hes a member on BHW and Skype is his method of contact for service issues and ive used both to try and get a reply for the last 6 days......with nothing in reply. Does he just get to walk away with my cash. Does he still stay a BHW member?.

I just want to inform you that after a week with no reply to my daily attempts of trying to contact you via the BHW forum and through your SKYPE support regarding your user panel being deactivated along with my remaining balance I intend posting my experience in the Shitlist forum.
