Automated. Files are uploaded to an Amazon S3 bucket and then an email is sent when the files are ready. You can also grab them via user account created when placing an order.

He did place an order last couple days assuming his usernames are similar. I reviewed his orders and did see an issue with some images not restoring which I fixed and resubmitted. Both of his sites only have one page each as subpages weren't archived. Also, he placed a third order but it was a resubmit so I am refunding it now.

No problem, I know what you mean by the other sites. I used them too and got frustrated with the results which is why I started my own service. Most of the other guys use the same script but mine is a custom coded solution that enables me to be flexible.

Thanks. Emailed received and replied. You receive files to upload. Extracting the content is doable but is a custom request and additional fee on top of the restore.

Hi Holly the script that powers this service has been sold, but I still control the domain. I may redeploy this service with a new backend restoration process, but not at this time.
