What is happening to my dedicated IP's? Why are they changed now ann the new one are almost the same? I can't use this anymore.

Unfortunately I have only found one ISP that will allow me to sell German proxies (which is why you see no other providers offering them), and they recently made a datacenter migration which required them to change IPs. Out of my control, but I don't have any choice since they're the only ISP for German IP addresses

Hi, I wanted to buy 5 German Semi-Dedicated Proxies but I don't have a Credit Card connected to my PayPal-Account and therefore I can't pay. Is there another way to pay?

I ordered 5 German Semi-Dedicated Proxies.
After I wrote a Ticket, the support helped me really fast with my payment issue and now the Proxies work as promised!

2 questions:

1) At the moment I only need 1 German PP - The best price I have found so far is for $5pmth can you improve on this? If not anyone else know where I can get a German PP for less?

2) I need a PP for Paypal Stealth so it needs to be the same IP & (I'll be keeping browsing history using a VPS) but concerned about the interchangeable IPS in the even that mine goes down - will that affectively mean I get a new IP at source?
