Having just checked the support desk there are currently no outstanding tickets for the subject you mentioned. If you PM me with the email address that you used to create your ticket or PM me your ticket ID I can look in to this further but at the moment there are no unanswered support tickets relating to the matter you mentioned.

Hi, I haven't seen 3 support tickets created by the same person who then didn't reply back to them once they had been answered and other customers are able to access their tickets at the support desk but let's look in to this shall we. I'll PM you in a moment.
