just to help the members, i bought few accounts from one guy (dont know if he is in this forum or not), he is setting my campaign and everything. you have to give him all details.....ad copy, ad text, urls and keywords......he will setup the camp and when its running he will deliver it to you......awesome service, very good. $120 is the total usage limit, with vps for 1 day.......the only problem is he can deliver only 1 account per day and little pricy.....used to buy accounts for $40 a couple of weeks ago.......so if you have winning campaigns you can try......word of caution, bing algo is now changed so be careful if you want to take the risk of $40 for $120 bing ads limit.
