Interesting. Is there any signs to know whether your site was hacked?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no.
That is exactly why I'm offering this service.
There's a few different types of hackers.
1) Those that simply like to deface websites for the sport of it - this you will notice.
2) Those that inject malware to infect you or your users. Chances are this won't be noticed immediately. This is how a majority of botnets are made.
3) Those that take control of your server via direct hacking to use it how they want. If you're on shared hosting, you're probably alright. VPS and Dedicated - beware. You will likely never notice.
4) Data thieves - They find a way to dump your database/customer/payment information. If payment information isn't stored, they may inject code to siphon it when your forms are submitted. Most people won't notice.
That covers the most common types of attacks.
Reality is that if the attacker knows what they're doing at all and you don't make a point of keeping your security up to date, you're likely not going to notice until you start getting complaints from visitors, google, etc.
