It seems that I'm just one of just a few people who actually purchased the domains and therefore my review is not based on a review copy. Here is my review, which I'm sorry to say is not favourable at all. I actually had to open a Paypal dispute to get my money, and going off the reviews I foolishly put down $1,500 but thankfully I got it back. My main issue was misleading advertising and over-promising.
I'll just copy some parts I put into the Paypal dispute area:
1.Joash states that the domains he provided would come with a minimum trust flow (tf) of 15-30+ (hxxps://www.semimpact.com/bulk-domain-offer-packages/). In our Skye conversation he also said that 30-40% of the domains would have a trust flow of over 20.
However, just 10% had a tf of 20 and just 4% had a tf of over 20. The highest was actually 21 and therefore none of the domains even come close to tf 25, let alone 30+. I was certainly misled and this was one of the main reasons why I ordered his service.
2.Joash states "All of our domains have links from solid news/authority websites." This was not my experience at all. He also stated "Basically we only scrape the biggest sites we can find, which means that they will at least have a minimum number of backlinks from those sites." Unfortunately, this was not my experience, and Joash seems to have a very loose interpretation of this, which is misleading.
3."We do not sell domains that have spam links, anchors, or history" Again, this was not my experience at all, and even one of the very first domains I checked had a porn history.
4.On this page -
hxxps://www.semimpact.com/how-it-all-works/ - it is clearly stated that the domains will have a DA of at least 15. Well, to my surprise just 42% of the domains met this criteria.
5.On Skype, Joash even admitted himself that he needs to rewrite aspects on his website so not to mislead or confuse customers: "Hmmmm, I see where you're coming from. It needs to be worded a little more clearly." This was in regards to him offering "niche-specific" domains and his pricing.
6. "We will deliver domains worth $500+ (Very high metrics) as part of the package, however you'll get them at the same flat rate! "We often source and include domains with high face value, short 1 word domains etc, as part of our acquirement process." I can only assume this is some kind of joke, as this was not my experience, not even close! Again, very misleading.
I have also stated that I would happily sign a contract stating that I can never use or sell the domains he provided (I have not used any as of yet either and never will as they are worthless to me), as I assume his biggest fear to be him issuing me a refund and then either using or selling the list to someone else. Unfortunately, he did not see the reason in this and refused, which really does make me question why he is so unwilling to offer a refund.
Furthermore, he also claims to sell at least over 2,500 domains a week to some of the biggest names in the industry. What I paid for is just 1/50[SUP]th[/SUP] of this, which makes his reluctance to offer a refund even more baffling. There is also no evidence of him selling to the people he claims to have sold to, which could be interpreted as false advertising and when asked to provide evidence he states "I'd rather you find it out yourself... Because I'd rather you find it yourself and see for yourself without me prodding you." This seems a strange thing to say in light of the situation.
I would also like to add that Joash said over Skype "They did not buy domains at $30 each ( lol ) and expect massively high domain stats." I find this somewhat of a strange way to behave. This was a special offer at a discounted price, so it is clear why I was under the impression that I would be receiving something other than I received - i.e. the same domains at a discounted price.
