I have ordered this and struggling for any support whatsoever.

You have been receiving great support in the past. I fixed the bugs you showed me and guided you through how to use it.

But after I didn't respond to your recent Skype message within 30 minutes, you write a review on my thread saying you're "struggling for any support whatsoever". Apparently you expect me to never sleep, never work, and be on my computer 24/7.

I paid for this software its been 2 days I contact u by email and Skype for 2 days but no response.why is that

Same here, no support received nor responses.Software works for 1 day and stops working. Asked for a refund 3 months back but absolutely no response. Still struggling to get it work .
