Got a small delay on the 2nd order's modification but overall, im very satisfied with the service and the product.

Quick update on the situation --

The service provider has agreed to refund me.
Issue solved.

If only it would have been the case ...

He said he would refund me after I've posted on the forum. It never happened.
After plenty of emails and excuses I've never got anything from the service provider ...

In the end I've got my money back because Paypal refunded me after I've opened a complaint.

This is by far the WORST experience I've ever had with a service provider.
I've lost time (2 months for nothing) and energy.
