First I need to say that I am here because my emails now go unanswered. I have been polite and have not given them any reason to take my money without giving something for it.

This week we lost a client due to delays in their site redesign, since Sept 21st. It was a simple Home page and Article type inner page template that was required for redesign.

I ended up asking for a 50% refund as they did not code the site design in responsive but we wanted to be fair, they had put some work into what was done. Unfortunately they changed the client logo which was also not requested because the client has a brand to run with already in their logo.

Now after paying $120 we still have not received anything for our money. Not even a reply to the last two messages sent.

Not sure why we pay and get zero for the money. But the positive reviews in this thread tell me they are very lucky people because we got no direction or hint of this, no sir.

Be very careful when dealing with this designer.
I will record this in our accounting as a bad debt of $120.
Not happy.

I placed one order on sept, 18, 2014. OP said he will deliver the site design within 7 days. More than a month passed still he did not deliver the site. Every time he is saying tomorrow it will be ready. But he never delivered it. I have lost hope on him. I really don't like to give bad review, but waiting for one month made me to. This kinda sellers should be named out so that others won't get fooled like me. I don't wanna waste my valuable time with these type of sellers anymore. OP just refund my $180 back.
