i got his pm , he said like this: "Well, after long discussions with the co-owner as to why he keeps removing posting abilities, we decided we will let you finish your week by posting on Mondayys, Wednesdays and Fridays."

i still cant post it. should i report him?

By the looks of it this service should be removed with all the unhappy customers!

Pretty simple solution report the guy to facebook for this and bye bye to his page.
