Today I paid monthly licenses but few hour my account suspend after i create support Ticket Messages after few hour i got replay

Hello,

Your account was suspended due to your previous abuse.
Your subscription as been cancelled and refunded.

You are now permanently banned from our system.

As stated before, you are not allowed to use our system for free by keeping buying licenses to use them for a few days and then asking for refunds.

Do not attempt to create new accounts and purchase new licenses, they will also be suspended immediately to prevent further abuse and fraud.

Please do not reply to this ticket or open new tickets, they will be dismissed and you will not receive and further reply from us.

Our decision is final.

I don't know whats going one i m new customer i never signup before so how can i fix it

I think the latest reply from support that @devinda decided to paste here is clear enough, but I thought I'd reply here anyway in case anyone else is wondering what is going on.

As the ticket states clearly, @devinda was permanently banned from WPMDb for multiple abuse and ToS violation (including serial refunds requests, fraud and harassment) and will not receive any service from WPMDb or any further reply from our support, no matter how many tickets, emails and pms he keeps spamming us with.

Trying to create new accounts, placing new orders, and spamming support tickets will not make any change.

All previous orders have been refunded, except for the very last one which will be refunded soon.
Not immediately though, since he insists on placing a new order as soon as he receive a refund, we will use at least part of the delay allowed by Paypal to process refunds (up to 60 days) instead of wasting time processing refunds every day.

how did you tel spammer i first time register on your site and pay first payment thought paypal so i think you have mistake please review my payment information and my name and address. have any recode on your system before. don't wait permanently banne my account i dont know what are you talking man

Are you ever going to make this plugin desirable for all non-americans webmasters by adding custom fields 'wpmdb-american_title', 'wpmdb-french_title', 'wpmdb-spanish_title', 'wpmdb-german_title', 'wpmdb-italian_title', 'wpmdb-russian_title', 'wpmdb-polish_title' and so on?

I think you made an excellent work, but you missed the most important one which would allow your plugin's purchase being worldwide.

Since the movie title used in every specific country is easily available on IMDb info details of any film, it shouldn't be that hard for you to include it in your script.

please update the tool... potential is high but not useful for german people for example...
need more parameters such as 'original-title' and 'german-title'...i dont think is hard scrapping those infos from imdb...
now it only provides 'american-title' so is only us users friendly...

I totally agree! It would be a very nice options for the Italian market!
