I received only 5 pm's about this software, and no shitlist thread has been opened.
I made it pretty clear in the approval post:
"When buying this product (or any webbot) please consider that it is performing operations on a third party site, as such if changes are made on YT, the programmer will need time to make updates. This should be common sense."
In the years I have been a member of BHW and the wider IM community, it has been very rare to see ANY product stay alive for more than a year. This is the nature of the IM world, sites and methods change, rendering tools obsolete. In the case of this specific product - when it launched it was suitable for its purpose, and based on feedback from a number of users, it was capable and VERIFIED to have generated much more than its purchase price within a day.
Based on this thread it appears and I agree that its no longer fit for purpose - if you have purchased recently you should consider using the money back guarantee, I would also suggest you investigate obtaining your money back from your payment provider if you do not receive a reply from the OP.
As with ANY service, the onus is on you the user to cancel and/or request a refund if you find the service unusable. If you have waited for months to lodge a complaint, you are at fault, in not following up sooner.
In buying services/software via online forums, you should be VERY cautious and fully aware of your ability to get refunds where needed. I welcome any reply from the OP regarding this, please PM me first, but as of now this thread will remain closed - and users SHOULD NOT buy this product.
