I am using Linux Mint 14

When I clicked on the Add To Cart image link on post no. 1, I was given a warning. The screen shot is posted below. May be a suitable reply given by anyone why I got this warning.

Can you provide more details on how this works with craigslist? I already have a great lead generation software that uses google places but I have been looking for something to start leveraging craigslist in my favour as well. Does this just find ads that have been posted by anonymous craigslist emails in a certain city?
