In 2.5 years this thread has been open it has made only 3 sales, while there are 28 pages of people asking for the list.

I have thousands of sites in my list that require weekly price updates and general refreshes, which I no longer bother to do because it takes +6 hours every time and my business is elsewhere these days... I will not continue providing this service (or haven't done so for a while).
