it's been more than 2 hours since payment is done but still you haven't responded after "Not Possible" message on Whatsapp

I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY VCC and You have also agreed for the term if VCC didn't worked on Stripe Subscription than you will offer complete refund!

#1 => Seller misbehaved with me, said bad things about my country, kept me waiting for more than 2 hours after taking payment.

#2 => Said No to refund when terms were clear if card didn't worked, he will refund

#3 => Seller before having the deal said $60 than $70 than $80 and after $80 payment said $85

but as his Sales thread was available on BHW so I did the payment
