Can this work with a hotel landing page, where the main homepage of the hotel brand property is at domain.com/state/city/hotel-brand-name/ and I also have access to their GBP? (I manage it) ... What is it exactly? Is it a script I drop onto the <head> tags of that lander? PM me. Interested.

Yes it will work if your page is domain.com/page
as it will not work on domain.com (As it's Google policy)
