Unfortunately, Sercilo appears to no longer be active. I've got several loaded cards that no longer work and hasn't responded or been active on telegram or email for over a week and is usually very quick at getting back. It's a shame, as I've been using him for almost two years and the service he provided was very good. Not sure if malicious as I had quite a lot of money loaded on the cards but not enough that he'd choose to lose credibility for.
