Your problem was solved in one day . They work fine with other clients , the proxy can works for a long time without a single problem .

I wasn't able to purchase the proxy or top up the balance, it gave me this error:
"Unable to handle the payment, Please check the api credentials or network connection."

You guys need to add live chat support, I really hate ticket system in regards the response time.
