It's not a bot traffic, it's TE traffic. Some gambling and adult networks actually allow TE traffic without complications.

Just like @CIA said, some ad networks allow it. Also it can be used for increasing pageviews and hits of a website before it's sold.

Review Time: So i got a review copy from the seller and received the traffic within 12 hours after review copy confirmation, as already mentioned by the seller it's just bot traffic and it is not trackable by Google Analytics so i don't know if it's actually high bounce rate traffic or what but it's totally useless unless some advertisers accept this traffic.
