I received a free review of this service in return for an honest review. The review consisted of 17 web 2.0/social signals. The links were on a wide range of sites, using user bios and similar approaches to include the links. The text was OK English and there were a few variations used over the different sites, though given this is for user bios that would look pretty standard as a lot of companies would come up with one good bios and then use it on all their bios.
All of the links had been indexed by the time I received the report. The links were broken down to 8 No Follow, 5 Do Follow and 4 Redirects (places like Twitter/Facebook start the link through their site, I'm not sure how that impacts SEO).
The report was provided as a well-formatted Excel file, delivered through Media Fire.
Overall I feel that this is a great service for diversifying your backlinks, avoiding the common mistake of focusing on only getting Do Follow links, which doesn't look very natural.
