my second question how do i have access to this ad account? is your service going to giving me the account which i will use or my facebook account will used to run it?

Yes, that's right. You can run any amount of ads you want on your ad accounts. We will charge only a small fees on all the money you want to load on the account to cover the fees/taxes (Paypal/Payoneer etc).

You will give us the link to your main facebook account (it can be your personal account or any active facebook account) and we will make that admin of the ad accounts we provide. You can use your own account to make changes to it. If the ad account is suspended it won't affect the admin account in any way.
