i am registered with them for over 2 months and even in this day i dont know who is my AM, never contacted me .. nothing

i have to get my earnings from november they said i need to verify my paypal address, sended them the fax with the verification form, they given me 0.01 cents on paypal to check if its allright but nothing more. My payments for november in no way...

Contacted them on one of theyr gmail emails and some girl answered me that she is not in that department and to have a good day. lol....
wtf?

does anybody know what can i do ? or who to contact?

I've never had any problems with them, is your transparency rating really low for some reason?
