Is pepperjam the only authorized e*bay affiliate program partner? Please chime in with any others, if there are any. I think CJ used to be but now it's only for referrals to open store accounts.

I hope that the above post is meant as a joke. If I were in your shoe, I'd act professional, and in my first sentence to pepperjam, I'd say I was rejected once, and I don't know why, then I'd ask him how to go about joining the program, and such.
For me as a merchant, after they have verified that I have a legit business, acceptance was done within 24 hours.
