People who use WhatsApp to hit up your customers, what kind of business are you guys in?

I'm just curious....cuz we're doing software business facing people who use whatspp to convert and close deals.
Up till now, we've had clients from all over the place. We're really keen on beefing up our product to cater to more folks, but it's tough finding businesses specifically require WhatsApp management tools.

We want to tailor our product to meet actual needs....
