I've had a problem come up recently. I will have some sort of CPA offer set up, where the traffic sees it, and (hopefully) submits an email, then I am credited $2.00.

Here's my issue. What to do when people submit false emails (emails that they don't own).

Some people submitted crap like "[email protected]", "[email protected]", "[email protected]".

The AM said that they had seen some "fraudulent" email submits, and to not let it happen again.

What to do when this happens?

Is the submit incentivised? If it is they really cant complain as like thisoldhat said. They will be trying to get the thing you are offering so you will get alot of false information.

However if its non incentivisable then... Yeah not as easy to sidestep.

If it's incentivized, wouldn't there be MORE fake emails? Because it's enticing people to get to the end result, thus speeding the process by doing fake emails.

You can't really do anything about it and your Am should know that. You cant control each person that visits your website.

That must be a dumbass AM.

Its all about ratios. If you have more "bad" than "good" submits, that should tell you something.

The only thing you can do is on your landing page you tell them to submit real email address only, otherwise he will not get the reward, be it a download free ebook, a gift card, or whatever he is pursuing.

Of course no one can deter him from submit false email if he is determined to do so. Nowadays people just too afraid of being jamed with junk mails after being exposed with their real email address.
