Penguin Stomped: Opinions, What First? Doing By Hand...

OK, my 10 sites got stomped by Penguin, all my cherished keywords I worked so hard to Xrumer and article spin are down in the hundreds. I have a gal on oDesk who's been formatting ebooks for me, and works for $1.67 hr. What should I have her do first, in terms of web 2.0, social sites, etc? What should I have her do, and how to do it?
