One of my main sites took a big hit with penguin. The main html site is unique and legit, but do you think the autoblog feeding Twitter & Facebook) could be the problem? Should I stop or slow it down, and thin it out?

Thanks, yes, I slowed it down and thinned it out. Twitter and Facebook auto feeding = putting my autoblog RSS feeds through Feedburner and/or Twitterfeed, to create automatic posts to Twitter and Facebook. I use mostly the Unique Article Wizard plug in to populate the blogs with content; I also tightened up the settings for that one, to try and get better quality, more targeted articles.
