Pending in Facebook auto post group

There are many reasons for this: unwarmed account, spam posts, link posting... check and change accordingly

I've faced the same situation, I think FaceBook use powerfull AI to fill spam group, spam content. I think you need to be quiet for a while, then interact before posting.
