So I'm tracking moneysites of a guy that has about 20 of them. Each one of them pretty much dominated the SERPs and I bet he got over $1000 per month from each one of them. Probably more, but his CTR of affiliate links probably wasn't as high as it should be because he didn't expose them enough (in my opinion).

He has his own PBN which is very well made. Everything from moneysites to PBN sites standing on expired domain with great metrics.

So, he got hit big time today. All sites deindexed, everything went to hell. I feel sorry for the guy. $20k+ per month to 0 literally over night. I'm guessing that it was a manual penalty unless there was a huge algorithm change. Did anyone get hit in the recent days?

My PBN and money sites are doing fine. Also my competitors' PBN are doing fine so far.

Blackhat IM is a risky business, like any other business. If you leave footprints you will suffer the Google damage :) I am happy that so far I didn't failed big time..but I'm not a millionaire either..

Damn thats pretty sad, thats why you must save a good chunk of change.

If he saved some money im sure he will be back on his feet in no time.

Anyway do you mind telling us what metrics his PBN domains had? And how many domains he had in his PBN?

it's good you feel to your competitors that way . not like my competitor whois reported on every single domain on his niche SERP . and get them out of business so he can make more money . looks like you have such rat on your niche

I think that guy earned enough to build more PBNs and sites.

If you could track his PBNs, they weren't very well made.

I'm pretty sure most PBNs get destroyed because of jealous webmasters reporting them rather than Google henchmen finding them on their own.

Oh well. Today I found one site that's ranking like a fucking beast. Guy has like 40 domains in his PBN which are VERY POORLY CREATED and I was disappointed. His website has amazing metrics, but the links are fucking terribly made (on a great domains though). Now I'm starting to wonder, why the fuck do I try to make everything legit and natural as possible and spend so much time while he just added simple theme, ONE FUCKING POST ON EACH OF THE DOMAINS and let everything else sit.

Sorry, I'm very angry now. I had to let it out somewhere.

    I feel you man.
I've been monitoring few PBN's that are this way for more then 1 year. 1-3 posts and some have 5 SAME backlinks on all websites. They are still indexed, rank money sites on 1st page and the keywords are highly competitive. But I still tend to believe this is too risky. They won't survive a manual review for sure. The point in making it look "natural" is to survive a manual review also, which is crucial for a long term project.
