I'm having around 1500 clicks and i only get 1 conversion?
Traffics that I send is targeted and the offer is only e-mail/zip submit.

Every advertiser shaves and some networks do also. Sounds to me like you have a shitty offer or your leads just aren't converting. Try multiple offers before you make a thread asking if they're shaving. Usually advertisers will shave your leads once you have sent leads. Looks to me like they aren't converting so why should the advertiser pay you?

Peerfly maybe the #1 network but EVERY network shaves. Regardless, its most likely your traffic

They all have to shave some. However, some networks shave and basically scam you. Peerfly won't do that. The only shaving they would do is probably required.

No they don't. It could be a number of things. If the clicks are coming from a country that isn't accepted and the offer doesn't have a geo-redirect, it will not convert. If there is an issue with the tracking pixel, it will not convert. There can be many reasons why the offer didn't convert for him. I'm in several networks with ridiculously nice ratios. Some offers just don't convert as well. Another thing is the landing page. If the lander sucks, there isn't much you can do to make it convert.

@OP, change the offer and see what happens.

I've tried around 4 offers, and all of them only converted once. LOL
It has been a week now and the total traffic is around 6k for each of the landing page and click throughs are around 2k for each site.
The traffic is well targeted as I said and its only a zip/e-mail submit that converts at the first page.
I'll try other offers then before i jump into any conclusions :)
    Will update soon!

It must be an offer. Some 1-page offers look like they never end, but asking 100s of questions

Well it could depend on your traffic source because peerfly are extremely picky, make sure your offer allows your traffic type, they aren't really fond of social traffic for some reason, try to change to a different offer in the same niche, you might see more success that way.

Peerfly is one of my top 3 CPA networks, I've always had great conversions with them and they always pay on time. My campaigns are white hat so perhaps you're experiencing interesting conversion rates running a BH campaign (assuming you are).
