    Hey Folks,

I have been thinking about the relevancy in general and in particular about Majestics Topical Trust Flow (TTF).
In case studies I read, that random strong domains are scrapped and purchased regardless of their former TTF and accordingly it is eventually re-themed and made content relevant to the actual niche site and this seems to be working fine.
On the other hand, I keep hearing here and there, that the TTF is determining the quality of link juice as well.
As we know, getting expired/expiring domains with strong metrics (DA, PR, TF, CF, BL, RefDomains, RefIPs) is difficult enough.
Getting a niche related domains + strong domain metrics is even harder.

Now I wonder what you guys think about:
PBN with strong domain metrics & random TTF VS PBN with medium domain metrics but niche matching TTF

For some niches you simply don't find domains with the required TTF easily.
So would you compromise and go for domains with the related TTF and accept lower domain metrics or do you simply not care at all and just go for the highest spec you can get, just making sure the domain hasn't been spammed and has a decent CF/TF ratio.

Would be great to hear from your experiences, and maybe get your view on an outlook on this topic going forward.

That's the way we do it, no need to make things more complicated than necessary. At the end of the day, strength always wins over topic. We try to allocate good new domains on a certain topic to the network/moneysite that fits the topic best, but it's not critical.

The way I see niche related links is they are just a bonus.

Getting none niche related links still works.

I have purchased many non niche related footer/sidebar links on SAPE and they still shoot my site to the top.

Some people swear by niche related links and will tell you its a MUST HAVE, its not.

    That's my opinion :)
