A PBN in of itself is "against google's search rules", but I'm unaware of domain redirects being against adsense's TOS. Especially if it's a PBN as theoretically, a PBN is just a bunch of sites linking to you.

There's no way you'll be banned for using 301s. Someitmes they are out of your control (competition for example). You are safe.

Yes, you are safe until increasing the number of PBN redirect to your money site. I don't think, it would ban your ad sense account. Do not redirect too many sites to your money site at once. You are good to go now.. All the very Best!

competitors can also buy views for your youtube videos and youtube (google) will delete them.

just keep in your mind: you are never safe! even as white hat you can lose your ranking or get deindexed.

100% safe, unless 301s are having a lot of traffic.

Don't worry about it, if you are just 301ing a few domains there should be absolutely no problems.

I have been 301ing a bunch of mildly related domains to a money site for years, failed projects over the years that I wanted to take the traffic from to my new project. It has never been an issue and why would it. If I have traffic to one domain that I no longer use and have a new project in the same niche why would you not want to point that traffic at a new site.

If you worry about every single thing you do you will never do anything.

Everything is illegal in Google's Terms.
But your are good to go by doing 301 to your Adsuence sites. I'm doing it and haven't seen any issues so far..
